I don't know what type of afterlife this is or how I possibly died and was put back together again but there better be some damn answers here. She lightly, and casually tosses it by swinging her leg forward. It doesn't seem to damage or deter the pig, who goes right back to tugging at Tsunade's pants. ]
Dan. Nawaki. Hell, I'll even take Chiyo at this point. What type of afterlife is this? Where they give you a pet and send you off on a journey? Is this some sort of purgatory, like a waiting list of some sorts? Eh. Whatever. Come on, Tonton, we have work to do. [ The pig happily oinks and wags its tail behind her master. ]

Shino may not be as well-acquainted with Tsunade's fists (o-or chest don't think the hugging thread went unnoticed) as say... Naruto, but he isn't one to not recognise the face of a comrade, and not a fellow leaf nin as high-profile as her. Underneath the exterior, is unmistakably, their Hokage.]
Tsunade-sama... As others might have indicated already, this is not the afterlife. [why?] Because otherwise a number of shinobi should not be here.

who the hell is this kid??????Shino isn't very well acquainted with Tsunade at all, but, at least Tsunade gets extra points for remembering him. I mean, it'd be pretty mess up if she was able to remember Pain based off of a nameless orphan she saw years and years ago but just blanked at Shino's face. ]
Including you. I don't recall you dying, Shino. [ Proof that she remembers!!! ] So far a majority of the ninjas here aren't dead.

If I may borrow words, I don't recall you dying either, Tsunade-sama. The Fourth and Uchiha Obito are exceptions and even then, here they appear just as alive as you and I.

Ooh boy, story time? When not pointing out the goddamn obvious, Shino was never really one for a lot of words. You can safely assume the silence is cue to continue. He's listening.]

Well, eventually, my colleagues were taken down. With my regeneration and strength and ability to channel chakra, we were able to counter a majority of his techniques. First the Kagekage was flung so hard that the string went right through him as he was stabbed, the Raikage and the Mizukage followed, and Onoki was injured too. I tried to hold him off, but he split me open and in half with a tree branch. I woke up and summoned Katsuyu to heal me and the other kage but I don't know how well that went since I was in the process of doing that when I arrived here which led me to believe I failed in saving my life and everyone else. [ story time with tsunade is pretty much the worst story time. ]
