Yeah boys, she's back. She's not quite sure how though. She was sure she was still alive. She was last healing the five kage and getting herself eventually put back together by Katsuyu. It wasn't fun being chopped in half. ]

I don't know what type of afterlife this is or how I possibly died and was put back together again but there better be some damn answers here. [ She looks right into the feed, still old, and glares into the screen. ] Just what the hell is this.... and will you stop doing that! [ A Tepig oinks and tugs at her pants from behind. She lightly, and casually tosses it by swinging her leg forward. It doesn't seem to damage or deter the pig, who goes right back to tugging at Tsunade's pants. ]

Dan. Nawaki. Hell, I'll even take Chiyo at this point. What type of afterlife is this? Where they give you a pet and send you off on a journey? Is this some sort of purgatory, like a waiting list of some sorts? Eh. Whatever. Come on, Tonton, we have work to do. [ The pig happily oinks and wags its tail behind her master. ]

[ She finally glares back into the feed. There was one last thing she forgot. ] Finally, Jiraiya. I know you have a penchant for cute little costumes but I will not be wearing this under any conditions, you hear me?! [ She then proceeds to rip the costume in half with her bare hands without even blinking. Yep. She's back, fellas. ]

At least she still has that impressive strength of her's even in age. Not that Sakura's going to be the one to comment on that (she's not as stupid as some of the others from back home), but here she is asking for people? It clicks in her mind that she's asking for those who have been deceased so what little petty envy that may have bubbled forth dissipates within seconds. ]

Tsunade. [ Complete with honorifics? ~~IDEK how we want to do that.~~ Either way, her name comes out with a tremendous amount of respect and concern as Sakura holds her PokeGear tightly. ] This is no afterlife.

[ Sakura? Sakura would not die under any circumstances so seeing her is enough evidence that her words are rendered irrelevant. She still listens carefully, which is evident with an impulsive groan and a facepalm. What a nightmare. ]

Sakura. [ She detects the concern, and feels slightly embarrassed that she's incorrect and revealed to everyone she might have died. ] If that's the case, I'm fine and I'll be fine. But, still, I wonder, just how is this all possible? I think I would have noticed you and Naruto missing. [ Oh. wait. One last kage orderly business. ] Also, if you're near him, make sure to give him a little something for me for that old remark. [ she draws the line at granny and that line was SO crossed. ]

I'll be glad to beat the snot out of Naruto later. [ Likely in between gross sobbing and tears of happiness. ] Promise.

For now, I'm... [ No, she can't say she's worried about her. If anything, she of all people knows how well Tsunade can handle herself. ] ...trying to determine your current location. New Bark?

[ Sakura your blatant lie flash light is showing, but Tsunade will explain the situation to her when she arrives. She doesn't know who else exists on this. ]

Yes. I'm currently in New Bark. I've been considering leaving since my arrival this morning, but I've been trying to figure out what to do with this pig first. They say they have battle skills but so far, his attacks aren't really that dangerous. I've asked it to tackle me multiple times and so far it just bounces back off my leg. [ ....Tsunade is like a russian gymnastic coach with her pogglemons, Sakura... ]

[ A nod. A deck or two will be alright. Sakura's gentle enough to make sure it doesn't leave a lasting mark. ]

They're like that when they first start off. [ She explains. ] If they started off as strong as they could become, that would serve an unfair advantage. That's what I was told.

[ Says the girl sporting a level hundred Pokemon from Sasuke. ]

So? Sometimes, you're disadvantaged, that's how life is. [ In the interest of "fairness"? It's a bit of a slap in the face after she had to fight Madara Uchiha. ] But I will take care of raising Tonton into a brilliant fighter. [ HAHAH watch as it's half-Tsunade half-Konoha rep. ]

Yeah, but that's not the way the laws of this world work.

[ Does she need to remind her that since they're in new territory, it's only fair to obey their own rules? ]

There's something else. We have to rely on them to do our battles for us. Fighting between humans is prohibited and will get you arrested. It's pretty interesting actually because you think that might make the world a lot safer and peaceful...

[ But Sakura hasn't seen much of that herself. That much is obvious when she trails off and doesn't continue her thoughts. It isn't a battlefield, but there are battles being fought nonetheless. ]

I guess you're right.

[ Their land. Their rules. Still, Tsunade is going to catch pokémon that actually make her five kage team like last time. And from there she'll rebuild her entire village of Konoha in the form of small little pogglemons. ]

How? I know how dangerous a battle between summons can get. Katsuyu can melt an entire village if left to her own devices, well, if left to her own devices and given the temperament of Orochimaru's summons. [ Whatever. She'll fight with her pokémon. ] I'll fight with my pokémon. It's a good way to gain strength and grow closer. Isn't that right, Tonton? [ Another strong, agreeing, oink. ]

[ Giving her an incredulous look. Leave it to Tsunade to want to actually have a fist fight with a Pokemon. ]

Isn't it too tiny to fight with you? [ Sakura tries to not recall those painful memories of being a bitty fighting against Tsunade herself. ] You might hurt--Tonton's with you or is it your Pokemon?

Yes, but those that endure the most grow the toughest! Now, tackle, once more! [ The pig hesitates with a slight oink before crashing into Tsunade's stomach. She merely catches her and tosse her to the ground. ]

It's what I named her. It's pretty fitting, don't you think?

Isn't that strange?

[ Then again, she doesn't understand the appeal of naming Pokemon in general, much less naming them after people she knows. ]

Are you going blind too or something?

What do you mean by that, Sakura. I'm not going blind at all. [ She says so with a slight adamant tone. She will not be undermined in Johto. She doesn't care how long you've been the only sane person here. ]

It's a pig. It embodies the will of fire. It's exactly like Tonton. [ It oinks, in a similar manner to how the real Tonton would. ]

Admittedly, I'm not much of a pet collector so when it comes to thinking about these things...

[ A small frown. ] I'll just follow your lead. Maybe you can come up with names for my team.

It's hard when the only summon you have is just Katsuyu, I guess. But, still, she's very helpful.

[ Tsunade laughs. ]

Maybe I can! Perhaps we can name them all after Konoha and international medics.

Oh, but maybe that might be an idea. Not many of mine can heal... only a couple of them so far.

It's kind of hard to forget Katsuyu in general. Especially when people react to her for the first time, hehe. [ She heard Ino's cries of terror. ]
